Pregnancy is rough in many ways but there is so much we can do for ourselves to help our bodies expand and adapt to growing our little one inside of us! This healthy pregnancy breakfast smoothie is just one way I treat my body to the nutrients it needs while growing a life and at the same time not compromising taste. This pregnancy breakfast smoothie can also be a great afternoon snack or part of your before bed routine.

This smoothie recipe not only gives your body lots of healthy nutrients, it can also help your body decrease stretch marks, increase circulation, prevent constipation and you’ll look cute drinking it too!
First off, here is my blender that I use for all my smoothies, to make baby food and everything in between. It’s AMAZING.

Smoothie Recipe
First, I gather my ingredients which include:
-organic unsweetened almond milk
-unsweetened organic cocoa
-all natural unsweetened peanut butter
-Collagen powder
-L-glutamine powder
-chia seeds
-organic cold-pressed coconut oil
-organic, frozen berry mix (you can use any frozen fruit)
To Make:
Add almond milk in first then all the powder and liquid coconut oil and pulse that till its mixed well. I always do this first to prevent any clumps of powder or coconut oil from getting missed.

Next, add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth. Feel free to add some ice cubes to make the smoothie thicker.
